Lightning Fitness – A new full-body workout routine EVERY TIME you launch the app. How many routines are there? Over 1,000,000,000 (yes, one trillion).

Lightning Fitness is a full-body fitness program unlike any other. It combines EFFICIENCY, EFFECTIVENESS and VARIETY in a unique and singular way, a way that will raise your fitness level from bad to good and from good to great!. Anyone, male or female, ages 15 to 55, will benefit.

Using the latest in fitness research, each workout routine will challenge your whole body. But rather than a static routine of the same exercises that you do over and over, Lightning Fitness offers a unique routine every time you launch the app. Each workout routine is designed using the "High Intensity Interval Training" (HIIT) model - short, intense periods of exercise followed by briefer periods of rest. It is no secret within the fitness community that HIIT is among the most EFFECTVE methods to increase your fitness level, lose weight and improve your bodyshape.

What equipment do you need? None. The Bodyweight Free and Bodyweight Premier Pack, like all of the Workout Packs, focus on Cardio, Core, Metabolism, Strength and Glutes. All of them, every time.

Have some equipment? Great! Add even more variety with the Kettlebell Pack, Dumbbell Pack or Swiss Ball Pack. Each Pack will generate new routines incorporating the equipment you choose.

Whether you’re just starting a fitness program, or looking for something new and different, “Lightning Fitness” will challenge you, and keep you challenged.

Your Starting Point…

Only you know what kind of shape you are in, at this moment in time. The method is simple, but it is important to understand it. During the Activity Interval, do as many repetitions of the indicated exercises as possible using good form. Using good form is vital for maximum results and to avoid injury. Maybe you can only do two Jumping Jacks. So what? Next time, get three, then five, then 20. The number of repetitions will increase as your level of fitness improves.
